I finally noticed a Dean Heller yard sign yesterday evening on my way home from work, but it was posted on the I-80 East Fernley freeway off-ramp about 10-20ft from the side of the road. I noticed the same thing on the East Fernley on-ramp this morning on my way to work. I was under the impression that posting signs on highways was against the rules and regulations. Hopefully NDOT doesn't rip down the signs before I can get a picture of it.
